Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Energetic and positive with excellent culinary production skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing menu items according to company specifications in prep and line areas.
• Direct culinary operations on a shift basis under the guidance of the Chef.
• Managing sales and profit budgets and supporting hiring and training.
• Developing others and participating in leadership development activities.
