Job summary

The Botanist Cardiff, part of The New World Trading Company, is hiring a Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership. You will support the Head Chef, lead by example and help drive exceptional food and service in a busy, high-energy venue.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor your team, manage stock and costs, and ensure safety and quality across every service, while contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable.
• Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities.
• Passion for great hospitality and teamwork.
