Lead Solution Architect – IBP

At CCEP, we’re looking for a Solution Architect – Supply Planning (IBP)to help us define and deliver our digital roadmap and transform how we plan and operate across our global supply chain planning function. You’ll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge planning solutions, including SAP IBP, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solution Architect, you’ll be at the heart of our planning transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead the architecture of ourIntegrated Business Planning (IBP)strategic solution in SAP IBP, with focus on Supply Planning.
• Closely collaborate with Demand Planning and S&OP solution architect to define the end to end SAP IBP solution and roadmap
• Lead project teams to deliver planning initiatives on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess technologies and recommend the best-fit solutions.
• Promotestandardization and simplificationof our planning systems, reducing customizations.
• Stay ahead of SAP IBP updates and guide the business on how to adopt new features effectively.
• Translate business needs into scalable, cloud-based solutions that align with our strategic goals
• Lead project teams to deliver planning initiatives on time, within scope and budget.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Support the setup and coordination of project teams, ensuring alignment with CCEP’s values and ways of working.
• Work in adiverse, global teamthat values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills:

• A degree inComputer Science, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experiencein a similar role, ideally in a global, multicultural environment.
• Proven experience leadingSAP IBPimplementations, especially inSupply Planning, Response Planning, andInventory Optimization.
• SAP IBP certification is a must; experience withSAP IBP RTIis a plus.
• Industry experience inconsumer goods or beveragesis highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor collaboration skills.
• Fluent inEnglish; additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus
