AO is seeking a Software Development Team Lead in the UK to empower engineers, drive technical direction and deliver high-quality software. You’ll lead from the front with hands-on coding, pair programming and mobbing, while coaching the team to own decisions and celebrate wins.

You’ll collaborate with other squads to ensure we’re all aligned and delivering value, while promoting modern .NET practices and a positive, inclusive culture. AO values growth, learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading software teams
• Hands-on coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Experience with .NET architecture and best practices
• Willingness to code when required
