Job summary

Computer Futures is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead software projects across logistics and industrial automation. You will partner with software development teams, product specialists, automation engineers and customers to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, technical coordination, and governance, with emphasis on modernisation initiatives and seamless integration with operational systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software projects within complex environments.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, development lifecycles and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of software projects through full delivery lifecycle.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables and success criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans across development, testing, integration and deployment.
• Coordinate stakeholders to meet milestones and budgets.
• Monitor progress and manage risks to keep projects on schedule.
• Produce project reports for leadership and customers.
• Lead governance meetings and regular reviews.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate multi-team development activities and release scheduling.
• Support migration and modernisation initiatives with minimal disruption to operations.
