Role: Lead Software Implementation Consultant

Location: Warrington (Hybrid)

The Role:

As a Lead Software Implementation Consultant, you will lead a team of professionals to install, configure, and support a suite of proprietary applications for customers both on their premises and within a private cloud. Your primary objective will be to maintain the availability and operation of services through a combination of planned project work and reactive support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support products.
• Lead technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of products on Windows and Linux servers and cloud platforms.
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures and best practices for installation and support services.
