Job summary

You will work with TypeScript, NestJS, Node.js, and cloud/Kubernetes stacks, guiding product decisions and ensuring robust delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. Equity is included.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Node.js and NestJS, with TypeScript.
• Experience designing systems and taking them into production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents at scale.
• Experience leading technical decisions in a small, fast-moving team.
• Regular use of Claude Code and agentic development tools with QA focus.
• Strong degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect backend services and APIs with TypeScript and NestJS.
• Build event-driven workflows for voice-agent systems.
• Lead delivery, code reviews and mentoring for a small team.
• Define architecture boundaries as the product grows.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering and product teams to decide what to build.
