Qualifications

• Experience leading and influencing multiple engineering teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep experience building and running systems in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Strong practical experience using Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB).
