Location/work pattern: UK based role – 1 day every other week in Manchester office

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development of Vypr Predict, ensuring a scalable, performant, and user-friendly experience.
• Maintain high-quality code in Next.js and TypeScript, following best practices.
• Implement and maintain frontend testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical tasks.
• Promote best practices in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure usability through web standards and responsive design.
• Address technical debt and improve system long-term health.
• Research new technologies and recommend innovations.
• Contribute to technical strategy aligning frontend development with business goals.
