Corriculo Ltd is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a small team, owning architectural decisions and delivering across desktop, backend, and real-time systems. You will work on high-performance software, including telemetry and simulation tools, with a hands-on leadership approach.

The role spans C#/.NET, C++ and Rust, plus Python and TypeScript, with AI tooling being actively embraced. You will mentor engineers and drive modernization of legacy desktop applications while collaborating

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on leadership with architectural ownership of complex, concurrent projects.
• Strong experience with C#, with C++/Rust proficiency preferred.
• Experience across Python/TypeScript, telemetry, and real-time data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, guiding architectural decisions and setting quality standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery across desktop and backend services in a mixed tech stack.
• Mentor engineers and analyze and evolve legacy desktop applications to modern solutions.
