Corriculo Ltd is seeking a Development Manager to lead a 3–5 person team and take end-to-end ownership of a broad software estate, including migration of legacy desktop apps to modern solutions. You will work hands-on on design and code, guiding architectural decisions and quality standards across a stack including C#, C++, Rust, React, and TypeScript.

The role centres on real-time telemetry, data pipelines, and high-performance systems, with AI tooling embraced to enhance development.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience with mentoring engineers and owning complex concurrent projects.
• Proficient in C# and C++, with exposure to Rust or similar performance languages.
• Comfort across Python and TypeScript; familiarity with telemetry or control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team (3–5 engineers) and guide architectural decisions.
• Take end-to-end ownership across a broad software estate, including legacy desktop migration to modern solutions.
• Contribute as a working engineer on design and code alongside the team; drive high-performance, real-time data systems.
