Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in our Epyx division to design and deliver scalable SaaS applications across r2cOnline and 1link.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural roadmaps, and collaborate with product and design teams to raise quality and performance. This role reports to the Engineering Manager and requires strong leadership, hands-on coding, and a commitment to DevOps and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience in SaaS environments.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Strong DevOps/DevSecOps practices and cloud familiarity.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate clearly.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect product building blocks for seamless integration.
• Drive alignment with architectural roadmap and team collaboration.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership to leadership teams and PO support.
• Adopt TDD/BDD and build reusable components; enable AI-driven enhancements.
