Job summary

AMS Services is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to act as a technical architect and team lead for a growing Salesforce-native SaaS platform in the UK. You will drive architecture, coding standards and tooling while staying hands-on and collaborating closely with Product to align technical work with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Senior / Lead Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Engineering Team Lead background.
• Experience working within a SaaS or Salesforce ISV / AppExchange product environment is nice to have.
• Comfortable influencing engineering decisions.
• Passion for building scalable products and continuously improving engineering practices.
• Commercial mindset with an appreciation for product priorities and customer outcomes.
