What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable, and reliable software across the full stack, ensuring optimal quality and performance of cybersecurity products.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the engineering team and other departments to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering their technical expertise and supporting their professional growth in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in product development, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions into the existing ecosystem.

Main Skills/Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development and Design, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring efficient, streamlined development processes.
• Proficient in .NET and React, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust applications.
• Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading small development teams is highly preferred.
• Exposure to technologies such as AWS EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, or SQL is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with NodeJS, TypeScript, MySQL, and Linux would be advantageous.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, smaller technical business environment is beneficial.
