Job summary

Shared Services Partnership in Hampshire is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Rough Sleeping Drug & Alcohol Treatment Team. You will use a strengths-based approach to assess complex needs and promote wellbeing, independence, and person-centred planning.

You will supervise a Senior Case Worker, triage safeguarding referrals, apply the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act and Mental Health Act, and contribute to high professional standards through accurate records and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• SW England registration required.
• Strengths-based approach.
• Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act and Mental Health Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide practice leadership and case oversight by supervising a Senior Case Worker and making safeguarding and risk decisions.
• Manage referrals and safeguarding concerns, triage inquiries, identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Build partnerships, conduct carers', wellbeing and mental capacity assessments and deliver assessments.
• Maintain high professional standards with accurate records and ongoing professional development.

Education

Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England (SWE)
