Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Lead Social Worker to join the team at St Mary's Hospital in Warrington. You will manage a caseload of adults with mental health conditions, lead safeguarding efforts, and supervise junior staff within a multidisciplinary setting.
With regional support and access to ongoing training, you will participate in CPA processes, Mental Health Tribunals and capacity decisions, ensuring high standards of care and recovery for service users.

If so, join the team at St Mary's Hospital in Warrington, specialised services for people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Deaf Mental Health problems.Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will manage and support a caseload of up to service users with mental health conditions. You will be responsible for assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals, Managers Hearings and will be requested to supervise junior staff members.
As a manager of the team, you will lead and promote adult safeguarding and will empower recovery to encourage service users to engage in their care plans and achieve their goals.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be supported regionally and will have access to a variety of training and online courses to support your career development and growth.
