Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a B7 Lead SLT to lead an inpatient Mental Health Speech and Language Therapy team across Durham and Tees Valley. The post involves setting up a new SLT team, leadership within the MDT and service development.

Applicants should be HCPC registered with post-registration Masters or equivalent experience, with extensive experience in adult SLT, autism, mental health and dysphagia. Salary £49,387 to £56,515 pro rata, per annum.

Qualifikationen

• Suitable qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Experience leading SLT teams and supervising colleagues.
• Experience with adults with mental health, autism or complex needs.
• Ability to lead service development and practice in inpatient care.

• Carry an autonomous caseload and supervise SLT colleagues.
• Support practice learning within the wider MDT and lead service development.
