Croda is seeking an Applications Scientist for the Personal Care team to lead hands-on formulation and testing activities, generating technical insights and supporting sales and marketing with robust product knowledge.

You will manage multiple technical projects, apply data analysis to drive product development, and stay abreast of regulatory developments to ensure compliant solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Materials Science, or related field.
• Hands-on skin care formulation and testing experience across emulsions, serums, cleansers, colour cosmetics, or treatment products.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and draw robust conclusions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimisation of speciality ingredients and skin care formulations.
• Design and execute robust formulation and testing programmes with timelines and stakeholders in mind.
• Analyse data to solve formulation challenges and generate meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and technical publications.
