You will work within a stable technical team and contribute to testing and external claim support. Whether you are a junior or senior chemist, this position suits experience in formulation chemistry with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to collaborate across the laboratory

Qualifications

• Post-graduate or industrial year experience in personal care or homecare formulation chemistry.
• Degree in chemistry or a relevant field preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.
• Good interpersonal skills to build relationships in the laboratory and with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Research & development of new and existing Personal Care and Household products based on customer requirements and trends.
• Create robust formulations that meet brief, trends, and commercial expectations.
• Build relationships with ingredient suppliers and external collaborators.
• Carry out performance/efficacy product testing, including external claim support testing.
• Support commercial with costs and customer approvals.
