Job summary

You will oversee electrical/mechanical maintenance, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to HSE policies. The position is based on-site in London with a focus on reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: electrical discipline degree or equivalent (see list).
• Minimum 3 years in a technical building services role.
• Experience in M&E operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• General Site & Maintenance Management: oversee planned/reactive maintenance and asset repairs; ensure timely completion via CMMS.
• Works & Subcontractor Management: quote for additional works, manage project costing, oversee subcontractors.
• Technical Operations: know site plant/services, fault finding (electrical, control, HVAC), safey isolation procedures.
• Personnel & H&S Management: ensure staff adherence to policies, conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks.
• Financial Management: control purchases and overtime to maximise profitability.
