Job summary

Roofing Today is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to run day-to-day operations on the roofing and cladding package of a major data centre project over a 12-month programme. You will manage labour and subcontractors, maintain programme alignment and QA records, and lead progress meetings on site.

You'll coordinate design changes, materials, and communications between site, design and commercial teams to ensure the works meet schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Site management experience on roofing or cladding packages on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of programmes, drawings, QA and site processes.
• Proven track record managing subcontractors and site teams on large scale new build projects.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day site operations on the roofing and cladding package.
