Job summary

The Externals Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading asset owner to appoint a Client-Side Project Manager for a major data centre roofing and cladding package in London. You will take ownership of programme, cost and quality across envelope works, coordinating with architects and engineers and ensuring compliance with the project schedule.

Reporting directly to the client team, you will manage design coordination, commercial reporting, and contractor performance on site to keep the package

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience on roofing, cladding, or building envelope packages.
• Experience working client side, representing the end client or asset owner rather than the installing contractor.
• Strong command of programme, design coordination, and commercial reporting on large scale new build projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the roofing and cladding package on a major data centre development, client side on behalf of the asset owner.
• Manage programme, cost and quality across the envelope works, coordinate design information with architects and engineers.
• Hold contractors to standard on site and report progress, risk and variations directly to the client team.
• Keep the package moving to programme and support delivery milestones.
