Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a major roofing and cladding package on the Sizewell C project. You will oversee installation works, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works align with programme timelines and quality standards.

The role requires strong QA, health & safety focus and familiarity with quality software such as Dalux. Based on a sizeable, long-duration site, you will drive site organisation and successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience within roofing or cladding.
• Strong understanding of installation methods, drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Experience managing subcontractors on major construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality inspections and site QA procedures.
• SMSTS, CSCS/NVQ Management qualification, First Aid and Fire Marshal.
• Experience using Dalux or similar quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of roofing and cladding installation works.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with the programme.
• Manage site health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials and site storage.
• Attend daily briefings and site coordination meetings.
• Ensure installation works meet project quality standards and specifications.
• Support quality inspections, snagging and handover processes.
• Maintain high standards of site organisation and housekeeping.
