MCR Property Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new-build residential development in Bedford. You will lead the site team, coordinate subcontractors and work with the Project Manager to deliver safely, on time and to the required quality.

You will hold a valid CSCS card (preferably Black Card) with SMSTS and First Aid at Work, and have a track record of managing new-build housing sites, including high-rise projects. PLC housebuilder experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in new-build residential construction.
• Proven track record of delivering sites from start to finish.
• Valid CSCS card (preferably Black Card) with SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
• Experience with PLC housebuilders is a plus.
• Desirable: Scaffold Inspection, Lifting Operations and Confined Spaces Awareness.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management and coordination of the site.
• Lead the site team and liaise with Project Manager to ensure safe, efficient delivery to quality standards.
• Plan, sequence and programme on-site activities and manage staffing/resources.
• Ensure on-site Health and Safety requirements and compliance with Building Control standards.
• Manage drawing issue control and change control, ensuring works meet specifications.
• Collaborate with wider project team to deliver the development on programme.
