Job summary

Caval Limited seeks an experienced Site Manager for a 3-month freelance contract in Pocklington to oversee 18 assisted living bungalows valued at £2m-£4m. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and drive on-site delivery from groundworks through completion.

Must have a proven track record in residential developments and at least 5 years as a Site Manager, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders and costs effectively.

• Proven track record delivering projects valued between £2m-£5m
• Residential developments experience: new-build housing, assisted living, retirement living, or extra-care schemes
• 5+ years as Site Manager overseeing groundworks to completion
