Job summary

Interaction Engineering in Knaresborough seeks a Site Manager to lead a 20-strong electrical team on an ongoing project. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure safety compliance, and drive productivity to meet milestones.

The role offers approx six months remaining, a competitive rate dependent on experience, and an immediate start for the right candidate in a busy construction environment.

Qualifications

• SSSTS or CSCS card required.
• Experience managing teams on active construction sites.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain productivity.
• Experience working within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating a team of approximately 20 operatives.
• Overseeing day-to-day site activities.
• Ensuring works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinating labour and maintaining productivity across site.
• Liaising with management and other site personnel.
• Monitoring progress and helping ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance.
