Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for drylining and SFS packages in the North West England region. The role focuses on site operations, coordinating labour and materials, and delivering projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.

You will work with main contractors across commercial projects, hotels and care facilities with package values up to £1.5 million. The position offers a competitive salary and clear career development within a growing

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing drylining and/or SFS (metal frame) projects.
• Proven experience running projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and site management procedures.
• Experience working alongside major main contractors.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations on drylining and SFS packages.
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of quality assurance (QA) and compliance.
• Working closely with main contractors and project stakeholders.
• Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress against programme.
• Managing health and safety on site and ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Identifying and resolving site issues promptly to minimise delays.
• Producing site reports and communicating project updates to management.
