Qualifications

• Bridge bearing replacement or bridge works experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong programme management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of bridge bearing replacement works.
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors on site.
• Ensure works comply with National Highways standards and specs.
• Oversee health, safety, quality and environmental controls.
• Manage temporary works requirements and site documentation.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and project stakeholders.
• Drive programme performance and ensure on-schedule completion.
