Job summary

Wingstop UK - Birmingham is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, support and develop the team, and uphold high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.

You’ll lead from the front on the shop floor, coach Crew Members, deliver fast, friendly experiences, manage stock and daily operations, and ensure every customer leaves with a great Wingstop experience in a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Confident, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Positive, team-first mindset.
