Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or food service.
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to have the right people at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
