Job summary

Dalkia Energy Services Ltd in Central London is seeking a Shift Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership on shift, coordinating maintenance and ensuring safe, reliable operation of site infrastructure within a busy retail environment.

You will lead a skilled engineering team, participate in on-call rota, and ensure service continuity, safety compliance and high standards of customer experience across presenting environments.

Qualifications

• Fully electrical qualifications – NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong engineering maintenance background.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure or building services systems.
• Able to participate in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities during shift operations
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works
• Support fault diagnosis and incident management
• Monitor compliance with site procedures
• Review permits and maintenance documentation
• Provide technical support and guidance
