Job summary

IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Lead SharePoint Developer in Worthing, hybrid with 1-2 days onsite. You will lead a small team, deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, and shape governance and automation across the modern workplace.

The role combines technical leadership with stakeholder engagement to align technology with business goals. Salary £70,000–£75,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid working.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience with development teams.
Expertise across SPFx, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Microsoft collaboration tech.
Strong Agile delivery and software development best practices.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and translating business requirements to tech.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of developers to deliver scalable, secure collaboration solutions.
Shape roadmap for collaboration technologies and governance.
Drive adoption of modern workplace tooling and enterprise content management.
