Job summary

SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Settlements Analyst to join our Trading Operations team. You will oversee the end-to-end settlement lifecycle for Power, Gas, Environmental Products, Green Certificates, Derivatives and FX, ensuring accurate validation, invoicing, reconciliation and timely settlement.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Credit and IT to manage counterparty relationships and drive process improvements across settlements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in settlements, trade operations, invoicing or trade support, ideally in an energy trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end settlement lifecycle, validating, invoicing, reconciling and settling trades.
• Collaborate with traders, counterparties and internal teams to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Monitor settlement deadlines and payment schedules to ensure timely obligations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for settlement queries and disputes.
• Support new product launches by defining settlement processes and testing system changes.
