BCHA is seeking a Lead Service Coordinator to help run our support services in the UK. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, guide staff, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support across our services.

As Lead Service Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Operational Manager to help coordinate the day-to-day running of the service and ensure people receive safe, consistent and high-quality support.
You'll provide guidance and support to colleagues, help coordinate staffing and workloads, monitor the quality of support being delivered and ensure that the voices and experiences of the people we support remain at the centre of everything we do.
