Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical & Engineering on a permanent basis, available immediately. You will manage financial and contractual aspects across mechanical and engineering projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires proven QS experience in mechanical/engineering sectors, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical and engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of contractual and commercial procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs for mechanical and engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare tender reports, budgets, and cost plans.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to maximize profitability.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and senior management.
