Meallmore in Rosyth is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will support the Registered Nurse and supervise staff while maintaining safety and dignity in every interaction.

We offer progression through a six-month programme with salary increments, flexible hours within 23–34.5 per week, and benefits such as overtime rates, sick pay, free parking, subsidised meals and a Blue Light Card.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• IT proficiency and ability to use standard applications.

Responsabilités

• Support the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to assess, plan, implement and evaluate residents' care needs.
• Deliver hands-on personal care and leadership to maintain high standards of person-centred care.
• Motivate and supervise the care team with coaching and mentoring.
• Maintain accurate care records including assessments and care plans.
