Sunny Hill School, Keys Education is opening a PMLD setting in Dudley and welcomes applications from dedicated teachers to plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex needs. From September 2026 we aim to increase student intake, and we seek staff who can shape the next phase of our journey with strategic clarity and energy.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS is required.
• Commitment to supporting students with SEND and PMLD/SLD.
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing environment for learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised learning for pupils with communication differences and complex needs.
• Help students develop confidence, independence and resilience.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Set high expectations to inspire and challenge pupils.
• Lead Teaching Assistants and provide clear guidance.
• Share good practice across the school.
