Job summary

Ellison Institute of Technology Oxford seeks a Senior Scientist, Automated Diagnostic Systems, to lead the development of a novel device-based metagenomic pathogen-detection platform within the Pathogen Programme. You will translate workflows into automated, integrated systems and work across biology, chemistry, and engineering to de-risk and prototype the platform.

Responsibilities include designing robust experiments, optimizing DoE-driven workflows, and delivering scalable automated systems

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
