Job summary

Chartwells is recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to create exceptional food experiences on a part-time basis. You will lead a team, deliver high-quality meals, and drive improvements in service while upholding Chartwells’ standards across campuses.

This role requires a strong kitchen leadership background, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You will manage ordering, budgeting, hygiene, and safety, contributing to a rewarding career with Compass Group UK&I.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Create a positive work environment where the whole team can thrive.
• Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships.
• Have experience in a similar Head Chef role.
• Strive for excellence with enthusiasm and motivation.
