Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their team in the United Kingdom. You will design, implement, and optimise Salesforce environments for clients across sectors, with hands-on development and technical leadership.

You’ll work with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and REST/SOAP integrations, translate requirements into technical specs, perform data migrations, and deliver clear documentation and training to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce development and technical consulting experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and best practices.
• Salesforce Administrator certification; additional certs like Platform Developer I/II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain high code quality, and stay updated with Salesforce releases.
• Perform data migrations, system integrations, and Salesforce instance configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with timely solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training, and client support.
