Salesforce Tech Lead (Vlocity) - Remote - £90k - £100k

I’m hiring a Vlocity Tech Lead for a people-first consultancy that’s delivering impactful digital transformation projects across telecoms, media, and energy.

This team is scaling fast and looking for someone with deep Vlocity/Salesforce expertise to architect and lead complex implementations. You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional squad working on large-scale platforms that handle customer onboarding, product configuration, and service management.

You’ll be hands-on with Vlocity components like OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and CPQ. You’ll also shape architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices. There’s plenty of opportunity for solution design, integrations, and performance tuning.

The stack includes Salesforce, Vlocity (Industries Cloud), OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and CI/CD tooling. We seek someone confident leading technically, sharp, and excited to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
