Salesforce Tech Lead (Vlocity) - Remote - £90k - £100k

I’m hiring a Vlocity Tech Lead for a people-first consultancy that’s delivering impactful digital transformation projects across telecoms, media, and energy.

This team is scaling fast and looking for someone with deep Vlocity/Salesforce expertise to help architect and lead complex implementations. You’ll join a collaborative, cross-functional squad working on large-scale platforms that handle customer onboarding, product configuration, and service management.

You’ll be hands-on with Vlocity components like OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and CPQ. You’ll also play a key role in shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and ensuring best practices. There are opportunities to get involved in solution design, integrations, and performance tuning.

The tech stack includes Salesforce, Vlocity (Industries Cloud), OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and CI/CD tools. We need someone confident leading from the front, technically skilled, and eager to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

In return, you’ll receive a salary up to £100k plus bonus, remote working (UK-based), private medical insurance, and the chance to work on meaningful projects with a great team.
