The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Named Nurse for Adults and Young People at Band 7. You will support the Head of Safeguarding and Lead Nurse to deliver safe safeguarding practices for adults, children and young people, placing patient wishes at the center of decision making.

You will champion trauma‑informed, person‑centered care, reduce health inequalities, and lead on safeguarding policy, training, and partnership work with external agencies.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to safeguarding practice.
• Teaching and training qualification or equivalent experience.
• Safeguarding Supervision training.
• GCP2 training.
• DASH training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional leadership and expert safeguarding advice to Trust staff.
• Deliver high-quality safeguarding training across the organisation.
• Be a visible support for frontline clinical staff and provide safeguarding supervision.
• Ensure safeguarding practices meet statutory responsibilities and governance requirements.
• Lead development and monitoring of safeguarding pathways for adults and children.
