• Route Planning & Optimisation: Analyse daily order lists to design, plan, and schedule cost-effective, timely delivery routes.
• Third-Party Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Operational Control: Take full ownership of the routing desk, proactively resolving day-to-day logistical challenges and delays.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve routing efficiency to maximise resource utilisation.
