Job summary

National Gas is seeking a Lead Rotating Machinery Design Coordinator/Engineer to provide expert guidance on rotating machinery, CABS, and mechanical systems within a project delivery team. You will drive the design deliverables schedule, oversee data sheets, calculations, and vibration studies, and ensure safety and whole-life asset performance from conception to handover.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with supply chain partners, driving technical integrity, and maintaining auditable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant design management role.
• Experience with gas turbine and compressor packages is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure policy, procedure and specification compliance during the design process.
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s Design Plan & Change Control procedure.
• Coordinate rotating machinery technical queries and deviations with designers and vendors.
• Lead design reviews to ensure project scope and safety requirements are met.
