Radbrook Nursing Home in Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, conduct clinical assessments, and ensure care plans are implemented and evaluated, in collaboration with GPs and other health professionals.

We value leadership, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication. Familiarity with PCS and electronic care planning is advantageous, and a flexible rota pattern is expected to meet

Qualifikationen

• Valid NMC Registration (RGN/RMN) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisation and clinical skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is important.
• Experience with PCS and electronic care planning is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality nursing care to residents.
• Lead and support the care team within the home.
• Conduct clinical assessments and plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Liaise with GPs, case managers and other healthcare professionals.
