Job summary

Brainkind in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Bank Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to lead a team of Rehabilitation Support Workers. You will support assessment, plan and implement bespoke therapy, and act as a key worker ensuring high standards of care within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have RMN/RNLD qualifications, strong report-writing skills, and can navigate Outlook, MS Office, and online resources. DBS/PVG and references are required.

Qualifications

• An RMN/RNLD nursing qualification.
• Proven leadership of primary nurse teams.
• Experience in healthcare sector reporting and assessment.
• Ability to use Outlook, MS Office and navigate internet resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and supervise Rehabilitation Support Workers to support service users with brain injury.
• Support assessment and plan, implement tailored therapeutic programmes of care.
• Be key worker and advocate, liaising with other professionals and report writing.
• Participate in planning and evaluating progress towards individual goals.
• Provide confidential, holistic care and clinical leadership by example.
• Ensure safe administration of medicines in line with statutory and policy guidelines.
