Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications or related field.
• Experience with RF system design, link budgets and NTN channel models (delay, Doppler, fading).
• Experience executing beam design and coverage modelling.
• Experience in design/operation of satellite networks and ground segments.
• Strong system engineering and architecture skills across complex, multi-team systems.
• Excellent communication across RF, RAN, core, security and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own RF architecture, propagation analysis and NTN link performance for the Meridian 5G NTN solution.
• Lead RF analysis tasks and ground segment hardware validation.
• Develop and validate NTN channel models including delay, Doppler and fading.
• Collaborate with RAN, RF, and systems architects for end-to-end coherence.
• Contribute to lab environments and testbed validation for architecture choices.
• Lead lab/testbed build, automate test execution and measure KPIs across end-to-end system.
