Job summary

ECM Selection in Cambridge is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to take a lead position within the expanding development team. You will lead RF design and delivery of RF subsystems, combining deep RF expertise with people leadership.

The role requires a degree in electronics or similar and strong hands-on experience with RF test equipment, with onsite work and occasional home working depending on project needs. A flexible benefits plan is included.

Requirements:

• After graduating with a degree in electronics or similar, you will have significant commercially-focused project experience in RF design for communication technologies.
• You will have demonstrable expertise with RF simulation and design tools, backed with strong understanding of RF theory and application.
• Through hands-on work, you’ll be highly familiar with RF test equipment and methodologies.
• You’ll be a confident team leader and people-focused mentor, with strong communication skills and ability to delineate problems and know-how to solve them.
