London Graphic Centre in Covent Garden is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a high-profile two-floor store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, service quality and operational standards, ensuring a knowledgeable and motivated team.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor, strong commercial insight and the ability to manage resources and people across the team. 37.5 hours per week with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team on the shop floor and drive commercial performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading a large, specialist retail store over two floors.
• Help drive sales, contribution, customer service, operational standards and team performance.
• Act as a senior leader on the shop floor, setting the tone for the team and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable service.
• Deputise for the Store Manager, taking full responsibility for the store when required.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver targets and standards.
